1.) What are the numbers on my product? Are they expiration dates?

 Based on the product type, it is either a manufacturers date, or an expiration date. The numbers are based on the Julian Calendar. For example 19 167 means it expires/was manufactured on the 167th day of the year, in 2019 or June 16th, 2019. See the link to the calendar here.

2.) What type of items have an expiration date?

Items that have an alcohol or medicinal base to them generally have an expiration date. Other items such as band-aids, gauze, etc. do not have an actual expiration, but can get old and lose their adhesion or turn yellow, especially if subjected to temperature changes (i.e., in a vehicle first aid kit).

3.) How long will it take to get my product?

Our standard time frame is 7-14 business days.

4.) I don't have a log in. How do I get one?

From our home page, in the upper right corner, click Log In. On the right hand side it will say "New Customers" Fill out the required fields and your Log In will be created.

5.) My company already orders from you, but not from the internet. Why do I need another log in?

Our customer database, does not merge with our website customer data base. The log in you create here is for your convenience when ordering multiple times.

6.) Is it easy to replace an AED battery?

The batteries for the Heart Start and the FRX can be purchased from Rockwest.  Replacing the battery is straightforward.

7.)  Where do I find the item numbers for product?

Item numbers can be found on the state contract right after the product description.  Item numbers can also be found on the website at www.rockwesttraining.com.
