City, County, State, and Federal Agencies in Salem must follow the instructions under "To Be Billed For Your Purchases" in order to avoid shipping charges.

TO BE BILLED FOR YOUR PURCHASE OR TO USE A PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER

  • Only city, county, state, and federal agencies within the State of Oregon may bill their purchases. All other customers must pay by credit card.
  • Only agencies within the city limits of Salem, Oregon using the billing option will receive free UPS ground shipping. All city, county, state, and federal agencies located outside the city limits of Salem, Oregon will be billed for shipping.
  • Enter all shipping and billing information. 
  • State of Oregon agencies using a Purchase Order number can enter the information in the Comments or Special Instructions box.
  • DO NOT enter credit card information.
  • PRESS THE CHECK OUT BUTTON ONE TIME ONLY.  This will generate an error and send you back to the credit card information page to enter more information.  Please close your browser at this point, you have completed the process.  Once Rockwest has received your order you will be notified via your email address that your order is being processed.  The email will  contain your order, shipping information and payment information (a new order is placed each time you click on the check out button).  There may be a short wait for this email to reach your mailbox.
  • Once we receive the email, we will process your order.  A second email will be sent you confirming your order and method of payment.  You will receive a bill with your order which you may then pay with your credit card over the telephone if you wish.

TO PAY FOR YOUR PURCHASE BY CREDIT CARD

  • City, county, state, and federal agencies located within the city limits of Salem, Oregon and paying for their purchases with a credit card will be charged for shipping.

  • All city, county, state and federal agencies located outside the city limits of Salem, Oregon will be charged for shipping.

  • Rockwest Training gladly accepts Visa and MasterCard purchases.

  • Enter all shipping and billing information.

  • Enter Credit Card information.

  • PRESS THE CHECK OUT BUTTON ONE TIME ONLY. A confirmation email containing your complete order will be generated to you (a new order is generated each time you press the check out button) with the subject line "Thank You For Your Order". This may take a few minutes to reach your mailbox.

  • VeriSign (PayPal) payment services will securely process your payment.
